I am a sleep coach that builds on babies’ and children's confidence and attachment with their parents in order to achieve good sleep. For the families of preschoolers and upwards I love this book. It is a lovely story with beautiful illustrations. It has such super ideas for relaxation at bedtime for small people. Even the littlies can do the simple to follow relaxation breathing, stretches and massage. My children especially like the visualizations and we now read and expand on them every night. This book is a great addition for any parents who have children that just can't switch off. I highly recommend it.

Amazing book, my daughter has been struggling to sleep with everything going on. She loves this book and for the first time in a while she's going to sleep so much more peacefully! Highly recommend!

I like this book, it helps me get to sleep lots and I recommend 500 stars or more if it was possible. And I love how you said relax everything in your body and count to 100 and that helped me to get to sleep. If anyone reads this book I’m sure they’ll say good job and I say good job too.

I thought the story was really good, and I loved it. I liked the relaxation parts at the end, and I can’t choose a best bit about the story because it was all good! I felt pleased that I don’t have those questions running through my mind, but sometimes I do have trouble falling asleep. Blowing the dandelion clocks away is my favourite relaxation technique. Mummy’s is blowing the clouds away.
